Our Church Family is a diverse mix of ages and ethnic backgrounds, and our College & Careers group reflects this. In addition, not all of the Church Family is in the same location - a number of us have moved across the country or abroad for school or work. Over the years Renfrew Baptist Church has had the privilege of welcoming into its building a number of international students who have had homestays in the area. These wonderful people are usually with us for a few months, participating in the Sunday morning service, fellowship lunch and small groups, before heading back to their home-countires of Korea, Brasil or others. This page is dedicated to painting a picture of our community, and is especially dedicated to these people who have returned abroad. This is also a space for you post updates about your lives, faith and prayer-requests. 2008 May Camping Trip!
Amy shows Leila (from Korea) the "ropes" of Canadian camping - how to survive a leaky tent, how to layer on six different jackets, how to borrow rope from the neighbouring campers so we can attach our tarp, how to eat our raw baked potatoes, and how to emerge smiling from it all!

Gabriela, a high-school student from Brasil, spent the winter months with us and met Joy, who is from Korea and also studying English.
